About Becky
Ms. Vondrak graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with an MA in Guidance & Counseling. Additional certifications include: Adoption Competency for Professionals, Emotional Regulatory Healing /Trauma Informed Care, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MUSC) and is a Sexual Abuse Counselor (as defined by Florida Statute 64C-9.002).
Ms. Vondrak takes a multi-modal approach with evidenced-based practices. She utilizes interventions suited best to the client’s unique needs. Ms. Vondrak works with children and teens as they cope with issues such as anxiety, stress management, academic delays, depression, poor self-esteem, chronic illness, social skill development, self-harm, anger management, attachment disorders, ADHD, ODD, PTSD, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, neglect, grief, divorce, sexualized behaviors in teens and issues related to foster care and adoption.
In her free time, Ms. Vondrak enjoys:
Spending time with her family
Watching movies
Yoga
Engaging in creative endeavors such as painting, drawing, and sewing
Ms. Vondrak is trained to teach children’s yoga.
